When we don’t have a litter on the ground, I spend countless hours continuing my education through AKC Canine College, Good Dog courses, and webinars from respected breeders and educators. We devote a lot of time to training and enrichment, tailoring different games and activities to what each hound enjoys most.  I stay active in the community through regular therapy dog visits, which help showcase the gentle, intuitive nature of the breed.

We are proud members of the American Bloodhound Club (Parent Club), and I am an active member of the Mississippi State Kennel Club (MSKC), where I volunteer annually at our Conformation Shows and Obedience Trials. To better understand how Obedience Trials operate, I also volunteered as a Ring Steward, helping the judges during the trials. I truly enjoy assisting at the MSKC health clinics, which has given me the opportunity to deepen my understanding of OFA breed testing and health protocols of various breeds.
